For those of you in warmer climates, you may not understand the joy of produce for us Northerners (our market in Woodbury is only open for 5 months.) So those lovely Sunday morns, when I can wander through the tables of goodness are truly savored.
This week’s bounty has inspired these items to appear on the menu for the week:
- fresh cut carrots-dipped in homemade ranch!
- fresh salsa
- grilled baby reds and onions
- zucchini bread with chunks of chocolate
